Monolithic is based in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, however timeframes may vary depending on demand—particularly during limited release drops.


2. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • During drop periods or high demand, processing times may extend to 5–10 business days

Processing time refers to the time taken to prepare your order before shipment. This is separate from shipping time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer promotional free shipping at our discretion.


5. Tracking

All orders include tracking where available.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.


6. Limited Release (Drop) Shipping Conditions

Due to the nature of our limited drops:

  • High order volumes may result in longer processing times
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received
  • We do not guarantee dispatch within standard timeframes during major releases

By purchasing during a drop, you acknowledge and accept potential delays.


7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Monolithic is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by a third-party carrier.

To the extent permitted by law, Monolithic is not liable for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Delays in transit
  • Damage caused during shipping

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

We will assist where reasonably possible.


9. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority

Monolithic has no control over these charges and will not be responsible for delays caused by customs.


10. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will be notified if this occurs.
